We stayed in this quietly tucked away and charming house for 20 days. It is a beautifully styled Spanish house with lots of hardwood and warm terracotta tiles. The house in laid out comfortably, either for a couple or to share with family or friends. The main level leads right onto a really large terrace with couches and hammocks galore. The upstairs is wrapped in a balcony that runs around two sides of the house. The property is a old Panamanian estate that has large grounds to walk around on and that is covered in fruit trees and lovely views. We had fresh lemons every day and a endless variety of birds to identify. It is only two house away from the beach, and the estate has its own special view of the river meeting the ocean.
Abilio, the owner is gracious and very helpful about making sure that you are settled in. There is a caretaker that has his own accommodations who is very friendly and loves to do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. We loved staying there and would do so again.
