Home away from home

5 of 5
We stayed the month of December 2014 through New Years, visiting our daughter and her family. The condo was wonderful, the views were outstanding, always changing. Our two year old granddaughter loved watching the boats decorated for Christmas go up and down the river every night for two weeks! On a clear day you can see Mount Saint Helens along with Mount Hood. Beautiful. The property was clean and well maintained. How nice to walk out of your condo and be seated at a restaurant within five minutes and home five minutes after you finish your meal. We walked everywhere. Powell's books, shopping, Tuba Christmas concert, all the restaurants, can't say enough. At the end of the day, it was so nice to walk into the door and relax. Paul, the owner, was great, he checked in several times to make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend this to friends and family. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great space and great location in Portland

5 of 5
I stayed here in 2010 and returned in 2014. Well, the owner is spot on - this location is superb. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Riverfront - while still being in the midst of Portland activity. The condo faces the river - with no street in front of it - therefore no noise, cars, or traffic. I walked everywhere . . .downtown - the Pearl, Saturday market and farmers markets. If I had groceries from Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Safeway, (or a load of books from Powells) :):) I could simply get on the street car and cart it all to within a block of "home". The condo is fully equipped - there were linens, nice glasses, a great mattress and all the staples I needed so I didn't have to spend extra for the basics. Restaurants are all around - and the best of the best downtown as within walking distance - as are all the Portland concert venues. A very nice place to spend time. J.R. California

Great home away from home!

5 of 5
My family enjoyed our stay here. It allowed us to relax and enjoy each other in a homestyle atmosphere. The home is very well-equipped. It was wonderful staying in watching the view on the rainy days with warm fireplace. We had a home-cooked meals and got to enjoy our evenings when the kids went to bed! Thanks for making the place so comfortable.
