Stayed for about five days with a small child. The condo is pretty safe for children, and there are high spots to move things for curious fingers. It was quite clean, all linens and bedding are comfortable, appliances work great, and the noise level is low. As others have mentioned, the river view and direct access to the bike/pedestrian path are very pleasant. I loved having coffee and watching the sun rise. It's hard to understand the negative reviews below about cleanliness, towels, etc. We saw no such problems.
The caution is that families with substantial strollers/gear, people with limited mobility, or solo travelers might have some difficulty. The easiest and fewest-steps method to reach downtown is the bike path to around Davis street. At night, that means going through dark isolated areas and under bridge underpasses, which is not particularly safe when alone. The more direct routes are a pedestrian overpass around Irving or 2-3 flights of stairs up to the bridge at Lovejoy. Both can be done with a stroller or wheelchair, but with a lot of shoving and waiting for elevators. The kicker is the condo community. At 11 pm, gates roll shut and close off all access except for a single point far at the other end of the complex (and not near any of the downtown access points). Catch a late show or linger over dinner and the only way back in is to crawl under a fence. For me, that was just unpleasant. If I were in a wheelchair, I'd have literally been locked out for the night.
The access issues are not under the owner's control. Everything she had control over was great. They are, however, significant and worth considering. If you are able-bodied and not wheeling anything, this is an excellent bargain.
