Better than advertised

What a lovely home with every last detail considered. We visited last week with our two doggies, and enjoyed every minute. From the walks on the beach to the river right out the front door, we took in the sights between great eatings at Bouy9 in town (get the fish and chips and crab appetizer) and down the road in Astoria. Ron was a consummate host, and even let us check in a little early. You will not be disappointed with a stay at this wonderfully homey home.

Wake up, walk to beach, roam, relax...Repeat.

What a beautiful home. The kitchen is stocked for any cooking need, the living room has enough chairs or seating for any mood or book, the bathrooms are stocked with soft, clean organic towels, ready-hot water, and even have heated floors, plus the bedrooms have super comfy linens and mattresses after a long, hard day of meandering. And there are these giant windows everywhere! Sunny, windy, cloudy, stormy--winter weather simply amplifies the need to relax. When you have a place so well-situated as this to the beach, all you need is a pair of rain boots, a longing to roam, and a real sense of not needing to be anywhere-- fast. We can't wait to visit again, only for longer.
