St Lawrence Paradise

5 of 5
Absolutely fantastic! The owner was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He had suggestions for activities ( renting a boat to see the islands) and hiking maps for Jones Creek. Lots of information about the area was provided, even his own book with beautiful photographs. The cottage was very clean. Well furnished and equipped, you'll treat it as your own. Canoe, paddle boat and dock fishing at the door, not to leave out watching the freighters!

Our private island experience

5 of 5
We had a great time on the island . The accommodations from the house are fantastic and the kids had a great time sleeping on the porch with the baby osprey wake up call ! We realized that fishing and swimming was a great activity for the whole family and the perches, catfishes and sunfishes are so attractive that we could hardly leave them in peace . Michael and Janice are great hosts and made us very comfortable in finding our ways on the river. One point of caution is to be ready with the time and the process for immigration every time you go from the US to Canada which happen quite often as the property is on the border
