The apartment is quite nice. It's a small one-bedroom apartment with a good layout, complete kitchen and parking included. The parking garage is a tight squeeze, so a challenge for larger cars, but we just parked the car when we got there, and used the streetcars on King St. that run right by.
Pros: The owners are great. Very easy to communicate with, and very responsive. We had some car trouble when we were supposed to leave, and they were very accommodating. There is a Starbucks in the same complex; lots of shops including a full grocery store, LCBO etc. just on the other side of an underpass; restaurants East and West on King St. The apartment is about a half-hour walk from the centre of town. I was at a conference near the Eaton Centre, and it was easy to get back and forth. There's a park right outside the building, perfect for the dogs! Internet etc. worked great.
Cons: The heat wasn't really under our control, and the apartment was hot and very dry. There is only one set of keys, so it's a bit of a pain if one person is heading out and the other guest(s) going elsewhere. Two sets of keys would be a big help!
