Awesome place for great get-away!

4 of 5
My husband, the kids and I stayed last summer for one week, middle of the summer and the whole family loved it! We brought our swimwear, towels and thats basically all we needed. I loved the fact that the location was so close to everything, the grocery stores, liquor store, shopping and the beach. On the main strip we rented paddle boats and we also brought a mini BBQ with us to cook right on the beach. The kids loved the water, it was so warm and blue. Every morning we would walk to the stores buy some food and cook at the cottage. After breakfast we would all put on our baiting suits and walked to the beach. Our car was was parked the whole time during our holiday and that was a big bonus! I would recommend that place especially for a big family because of unit A and B. Thanks again for an awesome get away !

Finally, a nice place to stay in Grand Bend

4 of 5
We had a great stay overall. A few misunderstandings though. The owner met us an hour later than was planned, but readily agreed to let us stay an hour later upon departure. The house is really nice. It is nice to have a nice, clean, kept up rental to stay at in Grand Bend. It was Winter, so yes, our boots were wet when we were packing up stuff and carrying it out to our cars. We tried to do the best we could in cleaning up the wet snow, but apparently the owner was not pleased with this. I found it a little silly that she was threatening to with-hold out security deposit for this; which didn't end up happening. The house is in a nice area of town, and closet to everything. You couldn't ask for a better location. No cars, no cabs, just a short walk from everything.
