Perfect for a large family or group of friends

5 of 5
Seven friends, including myself, were participating in a race and stayed here for a weekend. The location is convenient to the freeway, restaurants and a grocery store. And it is only about three miles from downtown Cincinatti, which was convenient for us. The house itself is unassuming and nestled in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It's spacious and the kitchen/living room area could have easily accommodated a few more people if you have a larger group or family. The rooms are all located upstairs except for one and worked well for us. We cooked several meals at the house and used the grill. And it was nice doing a bit of laundry before returning home. The owner is also very responsive and available to answer questions during the stay. I would definitely consider renting this house again.

Wonderful and convenient

5 of 5
My family (mom, sister, husband) went to visit with our son who had a recital at CCM. This townhouse was a wonderful alternative to hotels as it gave us a beautiful living room/kitchen to visit with friends and entertain. It was convenient to the University, downtown, restaurants and activities. We visited the Krohn Conservatory at nearby Eden Park. Unfortunately, the Reds were out of town the whole time we were here, so we plan to return to see the Great American Ballpark! The home was neat, clean and orderly when we arrived. The owner was very responsive to a glitch with the heating which was taken care of immediately. Having off street parking was a benefit with all our coming and going. We would recommend this to others and will return when we come to Cincinnati again. Thanks Darren for your helpfulness!
