GREAT SECLUDED LOCATION!

5 of 5
We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Horse Shoe. Everything we needed besides the groceries was available at the cabin. We cooked out on the Webber every night due to the weather being so nice. Everything was clean and in order. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right! The location was perfect for sightseeing and antiquing. Water rafting and the smoky mountains were all so close as well as the casino. Donnie the owner couldn't have been any more accommodating. He was just a phone call away if anything was needed. He recommended a park for us to see elk and they were there just as he said. Amazing! The cabin is a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives.

This was an amazing experiance to the Smokey Mountain area. The pictures do not do the cabin justice. Everything was absolutely beautiful. We will difinately be visiting again.

BEAUTIFUL CABIN - WONDERFUL RENTERS - DRIVEWAY STEEP!

5 of 5
We spent 5 nights in this wonderful cabin with two small children, 1 teenager and two daschunds. The cabin was more beautiful than the pictures portray. Lots of toys for the kids, an extra bathroom downstairs we didn't expect, and even a potty for my daughter who was potty training! Paul and Anne were so accomodating as our minivan didn't make it up the hill and Paul was constantly driving us up and down the drive as we needed. (THANK YOU SO MUCH!) The walk down the driveway was quite steep as was going up - we will definitely bring the 4 wheel drive next time. Anne is quite the seamstress and the cabin is adorned with all of her beautiful work. We ended up ordering a complete set of Placemats, napkins, napkin rings and coasters, and she even threw in a few extras we weren't expecting. These are truly genuine people that care about your stay. Their home is close by, yet far enough for you to feel secluded. There are no other homes in site and you really feel "away from it all". We definitely recommend this cabin! We are sorry to say we won't be back this year since it was already booked the week of our vacation- but we do plan to come back again!
