Wondeful Stay

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed at the studio for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. First I have to mention Bernie and Sandy are great at communicating from the very beginning. They give plenty of information by email and great suggestions on what to do. Very easy to get in contact with via cell phone. The studio itself is very "user friendly", they put little helpful notes throughout the apartments. Everything looks new and is VERY clean. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need, soap, shampoo, tissues, plenty of fluffy towels, extra pillows, hair dryer, iron, seasoning if you want to cook, pots and pans and utensils, etc. The bed was very comfortable and even the blankets were great. Not only was the space great but location was perfect too. So many great restaurants and shops in walking distance. We only stayed 2 nights and ended up spending most of our time at the Biltmore estate, it is less than a 10 minute drive to the entrance of the property itself, but the actual house might take you another 10 minutes to get to because the property is HUGE. The only restaurant we went to (not in the Biltmore Estate) was a 2 minute walk is Curate. It is a tapas style restaurant and I highly recommend it - every dish we ordered was AMAZING. Right next door the studio is the Double Decker coffee shop. Very cute shop and super convenient to just walk out your door and a few steps to get delicious coffee. There is a coffee maker and what looks like good coffee in the studio, but we're too lazy to make a coffee so didn't use it. I would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Asheville in the Spring.

Although Small - Very Clean and Organized

5 of 5
We stayed here in Sept 2009, and had a wonderful visit. The apt. was very tidy, clean, and well organized for such a small place. It had everything you'd need for some time at the beach. We enjoyed the back patio and with a very short walk to the beach and other activites, it was worth every penny. I will be back to this location soon! Thank you.
