Beautiful Home, Perfect Location, Great Experience

5 of 5
Our company rented this home for our Spring Manager's Conference. The homeowner, Craig, was very accommodating and ready to assist with any requests we had. Craig was extremely informative and quickly responded to all of our emailed questions. The home was beautiful inside and out, clean and well-maintained! Very roomy, plenty of space for 7 adult co-workers to have their own area. The location couldn't have been better, close to all of our company activities and just a short trip from Raleigh! We will definitely contact Craig for our next conference!

Great location for a great price!

4 of 5
I stayed at the house for two months and had a great time! James was very hospitable and friendly and he organized a potluck dinner on several occasions (btw his cooking really is good) James also enjoys socializing with friends. He recycles regularly and he tries to keep the garden and backyard as natural as possible. There are many birds in the back yard and it doesn't feel like you're in a suburb at all. The house itself is quiet and has many rooms and plenty of space. It's located right across Cameron village. I did most of my groceries across the road at Harris Teeter but there's also a Moe's Southwest Grill, Which Wich, and Chick-fil-A. And it's about 15min walk to NC State main campus. I would definitely recommend taking advantage of this great deal!

Great location, clean, and the owner was wonderful

5 of 5
My wife & I along with our dog recently stayed at this home while visiting Raleigh, NC. The owners were wonderful to work with and the home was exactly as described. This is an older home, but it was very clean and it in a great location. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog too! I would definitely stay here again and we had a wonderful time!
