Loft Condo

4 of 5
Landlord gave great directions to all the restaurants in town. Location was in the center of all shops and restaurants. The loft was very well appointed. Pack lightly since there is no elevator.

A break from the flat land and Heat

5 of 5
My teenage son and I really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Top. We have been coming back since he was a little boy. We love the view and the people at Sugar Top are so nice. We like that you are at the center of everything no matter what you decide to do. Hiking or shopping or just drive the Blue Ridge Parkway. The condo is really comfortable and what a view. We will keep coming back. Thank you again for a great home base and an even better base price. David & Adam

Great!

4 of 5
The condo is located just a short walk from the center of Blowing Rock.  The condo complex is very quiet and clean with a nice common area patio with each group of units.  Access is very easy with only a few stairs to climb.  Our unit was well equipped with everything we needed including coffee pot and filters, toilet paper, linens, towels, kitchen appliances, dishes, and laundry room.  Nice living room with flat screen TV and gas fireplace.    While we were there we visited the Ale House, hiked to Glenn Burney falls, visited the Moses Cone house, ate at Gideon Ridge and the Bistro Roco, and shopped in Blowing Rock.  Mostly walked to these since the condo was so convenient.  Though not needed during our stay, the owner was available when making reservations and always responded promptly to any questions we had. It's also nice to have the key lock box that eliminates the check in routine.    We didn't have time to do everything on our list, so we will be back soon and stay in the same condo.  The only constructive criticism is that the living room couch and chair are not very comfortable.   Other than that, the condo worked very well for us.
