Relaxing Location

5 of 5
I needed a break from work and was looking for a relaxing location to spend a week. This was it. Dan and Sheyla were very responsive to questions I had before I booked. The cabin is in a beautiful location at the top of a mountain. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch (either in the rocking chairs or in the hot tub) and looking at the trees and mountains and listening to the birds. There were squirrels around the cabin and I saw some deer as I walked around the property. Sunrises were awesome. Even though the cabin is somewhat remote, it is still close enough to the many attractions in the area. If I have the opportunity to come back to the Smoky Mountains, I would check to see if this cabin is available.

Absolutely clean,private & well stocked

5 of 5
This is by far the best cabin we have ever stayed in western nc. It's obvious that Debbie & Dave care very deeply for their guests. There is so much to do in the area and coming home after all the journeys was so peaceful and relaxing in this beautiful cabin.our search for the best cabin is officially over thanks to you guys!!!

Truly a little slice of Heaven!

5 of 5
There were 17 people in our group and there was not one aspect of our week at Lakehaven that every one of us didn't thoroughly enjoy! The owners are a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. This magnificent home was clean, comfortable, and stocked better than any other home we have rented. From the moment you step through the front door and see the picture perfect view of the lake, you will not stop trying to "take in" all that surrounds you. It is the most beautiful home on this amazing lake and the view of it from the water at night is simply a sight to see. We were up with the sun to get the most of our days and our morning coffee will never taste the same again without sitting on the balcony. We booked our stay for next year as we were leaving on our last day, so to say we love Lakehaven is truly an understatement. Thank you for sharing your "gift" with us. We were blessed beyond measure... The Clisby, Rudd, Davis, Wagner, and Larson Families
