A beautiful, peaceful stay to celebrate a birthday

                          5 of 5
This little cabin makes for a cozy retreat! It is well-maintained, the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, herbs and spices, and other pantry basics. We spent a lot of time by the stream and cooking our meals on the campfire. Bring water shoes for meandering up the creek-It's rocky! We would love to return in the fall. Mary & John, Asheville, NC

                          Very Relaxing !!

                          5 of 5
As a first timer to this area I really did not know what to expect. I was more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the cabin. The views were soothing and the inside of the cabin was beautiful and clean. We wanted peaceful and serene and thats exactly what we got!! We were able to go to the Waynesville (35min) 4th of July parade and experience small town America. It was so wonderful, the people are truly one of a kind. Waynesville has everything you need during a stay in these parts of North Carolina. All of the amenities in the cabin worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi was there for a little work when needed and the grill came in handy on the 4th of July. Kim (agent) was very helpful in many ways during our stay. The only thing I would change would be to stay longer!!

                          Fantastic retreat

My husband and I stayed here 11-15 though 11-17-08. It was the perfect place to celebrate my 60th Birthday. The place is gorgeous with all the authentic wood inside and out and the stone fireplace, WOW. We loved just sitting in front of the fire. It was cold and snowing while we were there and it was very nice since we are from Florida. Most of the rentals only had electric or gas fire places and we wanted a real one. The jaccuzzi is very refreshing and we enjoyed it. The view is awesome from the windows, we even saw some of the changing color still in the leaves.
