CLEAN, BRIGHT AND QUIET

4 of 5
Wonderful, clean and bright. QUIET was appreciated. CONS Let me tell you some concerns first. NOT handicap accessible. If you can climb stairs its a steep climb with one hand rail. Cable is low level basic and the picture is of analog quality. The bedroom TV is so tiny it wasnt worth turning it on. Being able to watch a movie in bed would have been nice. The washer had a crack in the door, but management handled it quickly. Parking was a task. Never during the day could you find a space out front where the only door is. You must either be dropped off, or go around and play parking lot roulette with the other tenants. You have an assigned space which is normally either taken or you get blocked in. you cannot see your car from any window if you use the approved space. This could be marked better. You also must carry the trash out the front, and around the back to the bucket. PROS Clean, bright with a working kitchen. Loved being able to cook my own food. Eat out is now as a treat but special diets mean we eat our own food 99% of the time. one set of sheets. They were clean and ok quality, but a 2nd pair would have been nice. The towels were fluffy and soft but starting to show their wear. One roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole place. We bought more. We replaced the missing cork screw. Plenty of storage in dresser or the closet. Several hangers were broken or warped. We brought our own huggables that are cheap and cheerful. The place was easy to keep clean. Being able to open windows was a treat. Shopping very close or a tiny walk. Green works coffee was far better than Bear works. Also you could get a full home made breakfast. The downtown area is full of stuff to do. From antique fairs to the farmers market one street over. Dont forget to cruise the side streets. Several places deliver food. Ask for the menus. We found fun and friendly people on every corner. There is a Hendersonville tour available at the chamber of commerce. Take it! This apartment is great if you dont want to use your car. its all right here. There were plenty of seats even when we added more company. Ice maker made more than enough to fill the cooler. We did not use the pull out couch, so we dont know. I would not hesitate to book this place again and again. I can promise we will be back and if we cant stay there, we know they have cottages to choose from. Thank you for a peaceful week. We needed that.

WONDERFUL QUIET MOUNTAIN GETAWAY!

5 of 5
My wife and I decided spur of the moment to spend a long weekend here to celebrate our birthdays and ended up having a wonderful time. Even though I inquired a little last minute, the owner was extremely helpful and responded to all of my emails quickly...he had me signed up and ready to go as quick as I could get him my info and money. Very friendly and prompt customer service! The cabin itself is perfect for those seeking some quiet time away from hectic city life. It is tucked away in a rustic location on a mountainside and is private and quiet. There is a little mountain stream that runs down below the house that you can hear from the porch that adds to the charm of the area. The hot tub is a wonderful feature and my wife and I had the most relaxing time just sitting in there looking up at the stars. We had a bit of rainy weather that particular weekend, but we made the best of it cuddled up inside watching movies and listening to the rain fall on the tin roof. Everything was clean and comfortable and the cabin was well stocked with basics like paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Be aware that the cabin has no dishwasher so you can't be wimpy about hand-washing a few dishes! Also, the road that takes you the final mile or so to the cabin is gravel and is a little tricky in a few spots so if winter weather is expected, you're going to want a 4x4 vehicle (although even with all the rain we had, my 2WD 4runner made it up with no problem at all). The price on this cabin simply can't be beat and it is the most wonderful little place for a couple to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Hendersonville is very close by and is a wonderful little town to explore, shop, and eat. Also, we ended up checking out St. Paul Mountain Vinyard, a winery that is only 10-15 mins. away and it was wonderful, we highly recommend it! We can't wait to go back to the Treehouse!

AWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

5 of 5
What a relaxing view to wake up to. This house had everything we needed. I would have to say that sitting outside on the deck with a cup of coffee looking at the mountains was what I liked best. The owner was always close by if we needed anything. Of all the places we have stayed up here in the mountains this has been my favorite. I also loved the garage.
