Our family was lucky enough to find a place that would accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The house was good for us because we had the amenities we needed and could walk across the street to Broad Street. The house is cute with old charm and history. Its no 5 star hotel but it allowed us to be together as a family under one roof and that's all that mattered. The best part was being able to walk to the water front park and allow my 2 children to play at the park. We were also lucky to have picked the Pilgrimage Weekend when there was a lot going on. The Embers played on Broad St. and we were able to hear them from the front porch and walk to the concert. For anyone wanting to see some history St Paul's Episcopal Church was beautiful. The brunch at The Table on Sunday is pretty amazing. Also we road over to Windsor, NC and ate at the Heritage House for lunch. There buffet was amazing. Would definitely go back there. Edenton & Eastern, NC have so many secrets to share. I will be doing that trip again!
