Convenient, quiet and comfortable

5 of 5
Our close group of friends (hailing from Virginia, Georgia, NC and D.C.) chose Chapel Hill as our yearly rendezvous point this year and this unit really put the "ven" in "convenient." The unit was secluded and private, surrounded by tall trees, but was a 10-minute walk to all the amenities of downtown Chapel Hill. The Bollin Creek trail (a beautiful, creekside trail suitable for jogging and walking) was nearly across the street. The finer touches, like a fireplace and rear patio, really made the unit feel like home. Eric was available for any questions or concerns and really went out of his way to ensure that our stay was a good one. I would highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a quiet, affordable, convenient home base in which to explore Chapel Hill. 3 Thumbs up!

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood!

5 of 5
This house was so perfect for our family. My wife, two young boys (ages 4 and 2), and myself stayed here for a weekend in Dec 2014. The house was conveniently located to lots to do and places to eat. The best part was Daniel, the owner. He was amazing and available throughout our stay to answer any questions, even about where to go and what to see. Highly recommend!

The kitchen was great!

5 of 5
We found everything we needed to prepare a family dinner for our family that lived in the area. Everyone enjoyed the time at the house, even the children had fun playing. It is a beautiful house. The neighborhood was very quiet and secure.
