Awesome!!

5 of 5
What a great place to spend a week! Our family, including 2 teens, loved everything about the property. Fishing, relaxing on the porch, having a fire for s'mores in the fire pit, lounging in the hot tub, and having everything we needed in the house was great! We zip lined, rafter, hiked several beautiful parks, explored several towns, and enjoyed the area in general. Several days our kids wanted to fish and hang out at the house. Thanks for providing a wonderful retreat! We hope to return.

Serendipity

5 of 5
If you are looking for a cozy mountain retreat, this is the place for you! I couldn't have asked for a better place to reunite with my three daughters (all in college). I woke up early to the sound of the waterfall below, enjoyed a cup of coffee on the back porch, then yoga on one of the mats downstairs. The girls and I spent our days hiking or shopping in Asheville. We even had picnics. We cooked beautiful meals almost every night. Always using fresh vegetables from the organic farm next door. My daughters' sampled every craft beer made right here in the mountains! We had dinner in Waynesville (Sweet Onion) and dinner outside in Sylva several times (Lulu's) their fried green tomatoes are to die for. We sat by the fire for hours laughing and catching up. (this was July!!) Life gets so hectic and crazy, this beautiful little place made us all slow down and enjoy life without all the interruptions. The owner of this property is a lovely soul. He couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Looking forward to fall in the Treehouse!!

Tucked away and cozy

5 of 5
The cabin is about 10 to 15 miles from Bryson City. It was a nice retreat for my wife and my two little girls and I. We enjoyed horseback riding, tubing, and whitewater rafting. All within a short drive from the Peaceful creek cabin. The cabin had everything we needed for our visit. In the evenings the creek is a nice relaxing change from South Florida. Perfect for wadind across to cool off or just to sit by and listen to and enjoy a wide variety of local songbirds. We look forward to our visit next year.
