After participating in the 'Black Mountain Monster' (24-hour walk/run/race/fun event), we found traces of Heaven at Creekside. The cabin was impeccable, the creek was perfect, the weather was gorgeous, and company was out of this world!
There was no reason to even think about turning on the TV. The hot tub was hot (crystal-clear clean), and it was hard to tear ourselves away from the porch, just sitting, laughing, and contemplating the Universe.
Mike was oh-so easy to work with, and everything was better than advertized. The only drawback (if you can call it one) was that the cabin was soooooooo wonderful that I didn't want to leave -- which meant less of an opportunity to explore Black Mountain, Asheville, etc. To me, that's not a drawback.
I'd like to also thank my compadres: Pete, Sharon, and Tracee -- for creating great meals, for stoking perfect flames, and for blending into nature as nature itself.
Highly recommend Creekside. I'd move there (tomorrow) if the stars aligned properly. In-joy! -Lenny
