Fellowship of Families

5 of 5
What a pleasure it was to spend time with our kids and 17 of our 19 grandchildren at a retreat lodge that was perfectly configured for all ages. It's location was equally distanced for all families and beautifully nestled in the NC mountains surrounded by many outdoor activities. We enjoyed the inside pool table, foosball, weight machine, treadmill, game room, and the outdoor tennis courts, pool, swing set, and the walking trail. It was perfect for our family. The listing details and photos were excellent for considering this lodge. We were not disappointed. Owner was always available and accommodating to questions and needs. Already working on a trip back in 2015.

2012 Ski Trip

5 of 5
We have been going skiing in Feb for the last 5 years to Gatlinburg, Tn and decided to try a different area this year in Banner Elk, NC. The Cabin was one of the best we have stayed in. The cabin was about 12 miles from either Ski area and we really enjoyed the drive back and forth. We even saw a beaver one day and there is a really neat goat barn ( I forget the road but you wil see it). Mr John was very helpful with any questions that we had and we really enjoyed our ski trip this year.
