Very clean, great location, what a great house!

5 of 5
My husband and I stayed recently at this property and I have to say we were both very impressed! It has been recently remodeled and we were the first to stay there. It is super clean, neat, and well decorated. It has plenty of space for two couples. The furniture and other decorations were just beautiful. We had to make some adjustments to our reservation and the owner was very kind, helpful and easy to get in touch with when we needed her. This property is in an excellent location in the historic Montford neighborhood in Asheville, and it is right across the street from the Nine Mile restaurant (which has excellent Carribean-style food) and a small market where you can buy beer, snacks, etc. It is also very close to a grocery store and all of the many restaurants, etc. in the area. It never took us more than 10 minutes to get anywhere. We greatly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again next time we are in Asheville!

Charming, private bungalow!

4 of 5
The house is up on a hill with several stairs, so be prepared for a little bit of a hike. The house is small, and older so there is a lot of charm! The living room is simple but artsy and tastefully decorated. The overall feel is like staying at a good friend's house for the weekend. The house is brightly painted, and the rooms are clean. Each room has shutters covering the windows, so it's easy to shut out the world for a bit and just relax in the space! The front porch is great for sitting in a rocking chair with a book or cup of coffee. Downtown Asheville is very close, as are the Biltmore and Grove Park. The beds are so very comfortable, and make sleeping in a new place easy! We stayed for a weekend and really enjoyed it. The price is very reasonable, and the owner made the house feel inviting. We definitely recommend this place to others!

This is the BEST place to stay!

5 of 5
Nothing to add to every other reviewer about this rental. Wonderful in every way! Josh is easy and delightful to deal with. House is clean, elegant and modern. Location could not be more perfect; quiet, peaceful, beautiful setting yet so close to downtown one direction or hiking trails in the other. Had a lovely time with our family here and will look no further should we return to Asheville. THANKS!
