Great Location

5 of 5
We were well pleased with the studio. It was all we had hoped for during our trip to Asheville. We have frequented Asheville several times over the last few years and this by far was our best trip and the studio is in a great location, right in the heart of town. The unit is well appointed with all the amenities of home with a special creative touch of the owners, Bernie and Sandy. We are huge fans of the local breweries, brewpubs and great restaurants that Asheville offers and there are plenty within a short walk of the studio. We arrived on Friday afternoon, parked the car in the reserved spot and never moved it until we were leaving town on Sunday. Just a quick layout of Asheville for craft beer lovers, approximately 8 breweries and 6 brewpubs within a 10-15 minute walk of the studio. The best food and appetizers we had on this trip were at Barley's Taproom, Thirsty Monk, Lobster Trap, Mayfel's and City Bakery. We have already and will continue to suggest this studio to anyone wanting to visit Asheville. I think we have found "our place" to stay on future visits. Thanks to Bernie and Sandy for communicating with us from the first day we reserved the studio until we departed on Sunday.

Cute, clean and comfortable

4 of 5
Exactly as pictured on VRBO and all amenities worked well. Great location on a quiet cul de sac, less than 10 minute drive north of downtown Asheville and River Arts district. Less than 5 min drive to grocery stores, banks, Starbucks and restaurants located on Merrimon Ave. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Only reason I didn't rate this property 5 stars was it was very easy to hear the conversations (and footsteps) of the group of 4 staying above us.
