Great time in Asheville

5 of 5
Quaint yet spacious and very nicely decorated apartment. Melanie was prompt at communicating in the weeks leading up to and during our stay. The lower level apartment is located near a major thorough fare in Asheville, allowing easy access to downtown and I-240, but set far enough back in the neighborhood that traffic wasn't audible. I would definitely recommend this property. While in Asheville, be sure to eat Tupelo Honey Cafe, Early Girl Eatery, have drinks at the Grove Park Inn at Sunset, and walk the gorgeous creekside trails of the North Carolina Landscape Arboretum.

Beautiful Place to Stay--Great Location

5 of 5
This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to Asheville. We love Craftsman architecture, and were delighted at the great attention to craftsman detail and design. Really nice. The location was perfect too. Kenilworth is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood full of gorgeous old craftsman homes/mansions, but it is just down the hill to the Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville, where most of our weekend was spent. The owners, who live next door, are fun people with great ideas for restaurants and things to do. Tupelo Honey is a great place to eat that they told us about. They had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting on us when we arrived, which we enjoyed on the deck of the cottage, which is particularly lovely. It has vines with blooming roses growing along the rail of the deck with little lights interspersed, which makes it look and smell wonderful at night. This was a great place to stay, and we can’t wait to go back!
