Charming, private bungalow!

4 of 5
The house is up on a hill with several stairs, so be prepared for a little bit of a hike. The house is small, and older so there is a lot of charm! The living room is simple but artsy and tastefully decorated. The overall feel is like staying at a good friend's house for the weekend. The house is brightly painted, and the rooms are clean. Each room has shutters covering the windows, so it's easy to shut out the world for a bit and just relax in the space! The front porch is great for sitting in a rocking chair with a book or cup of coffee. Downtown Asheville is very close, as are the Biltmore and Grove Park. The beds are so very comfortable, and make sleeping in a new place easy! We stayed for a weekend and really enjoyed it. The price is very reasonable, and the owner made the house feel inviting. We definitely recommend this place to others!

Cozy Cabin

4 of 5
We had a wonderful time staying at the Ebsen cottage. Jeanette welcomed us with a wonderful note and goodies. The cottage made us feel like we were away from all the hustle and bustle, but downtown was not to far away. We basically got the best of both worlds! Great place to stay and relax!

Best Weekend Ever

5 of 5
This place is amazing! The location is absolutely perfect. You are close to Asheville, Dupont State Forest, or Pisgah National Forest. The bungalows themselves are very secluded and so peaceful. The pictures do not do it justice. There are so many little hidden touches. There was another couple staying in the other bungalow and it was not like they were even there. We did chat with them but you definitely still have your privacy if you want it. Grace, the owner, was so easy to work with and extremely helpful. The cabin has basically anything you could need but yourself. We will definitely be back and will be spreading the word to our friends.
