Spanish kingdom

Just stayed here for 12 days with 9 of my friends. This place is awesome, super close to the surf break Colorados which is perfect if your looking to surf everyday. The pool and set up of this house is insane. The volleyball net in the pool is pretty key for some fun nights. I would suggest this house to any group. The cleaners of the property are super rad people, they helped us get in contact with the local fisherman to drop of some fresh fish and lobsters. All around great place to stay at!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks in May. Maribel and Faxis are an aunt and nephew team that take care of the property and an absolute joy. We still miss Maribel. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, whew! There is AC in every room that keeps you in the comforts of home (U.S.). The kitchen is phenomenal, for any where. The outside seating area is perfect for coffee and evening cocktails and hanging out. The pool is one of Rancho Santana locals favorites because of the shade, a precious commodity!!! There is a tv for the men ;) We were able to watch the NHL playoffs from Nicaragua, who can ask for more. We stayed by ourselves and had a few people in and out too. The layout is so comfortable whether your two people or ten. We can't wait to go back!!! Recommendation: Rent a car. This is not a unique recommendation for this property, you're going to want to explore the surrounding beaches and what not, you're going to want a car no matter what ( that is coming from a cheapskate!)

beautiful house with amazing views

I recently stayed in the house for a weekend with my parents and friends. We had a wonderful time--the house is absolutely gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk away and is secluded and clean. The house manager and security guards were all very helpful. One thing potential visitors should know-- your final turn off is at a guard station on the left called "Redonda Bay." If you visit during rainy season be prepared for an adventurous drive! Overall, it was a great visit and I definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in "getting away from it all" for a peaceful and relaxing weekend on the ocean.
