PERFECT LANDING INTO NYC

5 of 5
My wife, pet dog and I just moved to NYC. We stayed here for a month whilst we found our permanent apartment. There are many stresses when it comes to moving country but Fred and Lana (landlords) were very accommodating and made our arrival to NYC so much easier. The apartment itself is super clean and very comfortable for the two of us plus the dog. It's fully equipped with everything you need, the building has good facilities (gym, laundry) and the front desk staff are also very helpful. It's also situated in a great area. We spent most days just walking through west village picking new cafes and restaurants to check out or taking a walk along the hudson river. There is also a dog park minutes away so if you're a pet owner this is a plus. We actually loved the area so much we found our permanent apartment not far away. If you're stopping through NYC or looking for something more longterm I can highly recommend this place.

FANTASTIC

5 of 5
Unless I get some ridiculous deal, I will never stay in a New York hotel again. That being said: Pros: First off, Yuriy is great. He answered all my questions promptly. The place was spotless. The bed was comfy, and my friend said the pull-out bed was great. The neighborhood is fantastic--not a tourist trap! Lots of awesome bars, restaurants and shops. The West 4th subway station is literally around the corner and Washington Square Park is a short walk away. Cons: (These are just me being picky.) The Apple TV is great, but I'm a news junkie and would've loved to have some access to local channels. But we were only there to sleep so it didn't matter. Had to buy some toilet paper, but CVS is super close so no biggie. Loved it! Would stay again. :)

"APARTMENT SET PERFECTLY IN THE VILLAGE"

5 of 5
This apartment was ideal for our stay. Great position in the village near cafes, shops and the subway. The accommodation was clean. The beds were comfortable and the toiletries were a real treat. Our greeter got us more hangers for the closet which were delivered promptly. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to feel you are living in a community.
