Perfect place to find out NYC and feel his soul

4 of 5
Me and my husband stayed in this apartment-studio for five night in december. It was the perfect place to stay, live and find out NewYork. West Village is full of restaurant, bar, shops and it's one of the quitest area of the Big Apple, away from the most famous skyscrapers, but where New Yorkers used to have fun (I suppose, because we have not fund so many turists). The apartment studio was really comfortable to reace every turistic places, close to two subways to Uptown and Downtown. It has every comforts we needed. Linen were clean and perfumed, but the floor was not so clean: carpets had dust and hair. Anyway, it's an apartment I suggest and if we'll come again to NYC, we will go there certainly. The listing dexcription wwas accurate and real and the owner provided good customer services.

Excellent location, what you see is what you get!

4 of 5
Excellent, excellent location! Two metro stations very close (round to corner basically). Apartment is like in pictures so WYSIWYG. We were very happy. As mentioned in some previous reviews, the location might be a bit noisy (especially on weekend evenings). So for persons who are light sleepers, take earplugs and there will be no problems. (In the front of windows there are two metallic "doors" in the walk way, which makes sound when people step on those. But really... Small thing, but good to be aware of.) We came quite late on Saturday evening, but the instructions from the owner received before were clear, and the keys were very easy to get. We had a bit problem during our stay, but even Yuriy wasn't in town at the moment, we got everything handled very quickly and professionally. Normally you would need to wait for longer time even in your home towns and in the mean time Yuriy was sending messages and checking how things are developing. I would and I will for sure recommend this property, location (and owner) to who ever asks me. And I'm 99,9% sure to go back to the same location or near by if it's owned and managed by Yuriy. My expectations were exceeded. We would recommend restaurant called Baker & Co on Bleecker street between Jones and Cornelia (Bleecker 259). At least our waiter told us about the menu and suggested (and explained) about the specialities of the day.

Please God, if I'm really good, will you let me live here?

5 of 5
My husband and I just returned from a three-day weekend in NYC in this fantastic apartment, and can not praise it highly enough. First, the apartment is absolutely beautiful, and far more spacious than most any hotel room you'll find in the city. Having lived in New York, I can assure you that the bedroom alone is larger than any apartment I ever had there, and the apartment's very fine fixtures, furniture, and artwork should satisfy the most discerning tourist. Second, this particular section of the West Village is especially nice, with great shopping, dining and people watching. From a transportation perspective, you're also just 10 minutes from the 14th Street subway station, which will get you most anywhere you want to go in Manhattan or the other boroughs. Bonus: You're just 5 stops to Williamsburg, which is a great launching point if you want to explore all the cool stuff that's happening in Brooklyn. Adam, the owner, is mellow and super responsive. He also provides lots of good suggestions for dining spots in the neighborhood. All in all, highly (hugely) recommended. As longtime VRBO user, I know one should be justifiably skeptical of the first review of any property. However, this property also has been listed on airbnb.com, and I would urge you to check out that site if you want to read other fantastic reviews for Adam's condo.
