warm cozy and convenient

5 of 5
This is a country house which has stunning views of fall creek from many of the windows. It is very handy to both ithaca College and Cornell. It was very clean and tidy and warm. There are lots of games to play, puzzles, books and movies if you should desire a resting day in the home. Great porches and rocking chairs to hang out in also. If you get the chance to rent this, you will not be disappointed. The pantry is full of whatever you may need to cook also. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. The rooms are warm and beautiful. It is a jewel that I have discovered two years too late as my daughter is a junior in college already.

Perfect Stay for a Family Vacation

5 of 5
We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home while on a family vacation to Niagara Falls. It's 5 minutes away from IAG International Airport. We are a family of 5 and this home had everything we needed for our trip. We loved the fact that we could easily spread out, cook dinner and play in the yard. Plenty of storage for all the things we brought. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Adequate linens in the bathroom for all of us. The beds were so very comfortable. WiFi made doing a little work away from home easy. We also had satellite TV. Washer and dryer was a HUGE bonus, laundry soap was provided which was nice. Close to the Canadian Border, we could visit Canada for the day and be back in the evening to make dinner. Plenty of shopping close by as the outlet mall is 10 minutes away. Yummy places to eat near by and we really enjoyed Tim Horton's coffee each day. Close by is a grocery store called Wegman's that had several ready to cook meals with a produce and fruit selection that was amazing and in my opinion the only place to purchase groceries. We had an amazing vacation and Brian was extremely helpful with providing us with directions and suggesting some things to do in the area. No question if we take another vacation to Niagara Falls, we wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Wonderful Seneca Lake Home

5 of 5
Had a wonderful week on Seneca Lake in this perfectly located house. Literally down the street from a distillery, a brewery, and several wonderful wineries. Short drive to Watkins Glen State Park, Taughannock Falls State Park, and the Finger Lakes National Forest is essentially across the street. Our dogs loved every aspect of the large back yard and with the fenced in area we did not have to worry about them frolicking off-leash. Well equipped home in a very fun area. Thank you Steve for sharing your home with us!
