Great Spot for a Winter Getaway

4 of 5
We stayed over New Year's for a few days and had a great time. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of space, even though it was too cold to use the beautiful porches. We also found the location to be very secluded but also very convenient to Ithaca, the Cornell Ornithology Lab, Cornell Univ & Ithaca College, as well as a Greek Peak (which was a fun day-trip for the whole family). We had two adults and four kids (ages 11-13) and it was a great time. A wonderful place to welcome in the New Year.

Wonderfully Quiet Country Spot!

5 of 5
We stayed the Thanksgiving week for a family get together. This house has a big sunny kitchen and a wonderful porch. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would ever need. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the two bathrooms and the washer and dryer. The house sits in a pretty valley back off of the road so if you have children they can go out to play and be very safe. If you just want to kick back and relax this is the place. If you want to get out and do things in any season within 30-45 minutes there are plenty of activities from skiing in the winter to cruising the many lakes in the summer or antiqueing anytime. We look forward to staying again in the near future!!

Perfect Stay for a Family Vacation

5 of 5
We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home while on a family vacation to Niagara Falls. It's 5 minutes away from IAG International Airport. We are a family of 5 and this home had everything we needed for our trip. We loved the fact that we could easily spread out, cook dinner and play in the yard. Plenty of storage for all the things we brought. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Adequate linens in the bathroom for all of us. The beds were so very comfortable. WiFi made doing a little work away from home easy. We also had satellite TV. Washer and dryer was a HUGE bonus, laundry soap was provided which was nice. Close to the Canadian Border, we could visit Canada for the day and be back in the evening to make dinner. Plenty of shopping close by as the outlet mall is 10 minutes away. Yummy places to eat near by and we really enjoyed Tim Horton's coffee each day. Close by is a grocery store called Wegman's that had several ready to cook meals with a produce and fruit selection that was amazing and in my opinion the only place to purchase groceries. We had an amazing vacation and Brian was extremely helpful with providing us with directions and suggesting some things to do in the area. No question if we take another vacation to Niagara Falls, we wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
