excellent stay

5 of 5
The apartment is as described on the website and exceeded expectation. Apartment is modern, clean and in a great location. I found the bed very comfortable. The apartment was bright and spacious and had everything I needed during my stay. It is also very conveniently located near the subway and is right by central park. Close to many shops including Whole Foods and Starbucks. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the upper west side.

Fantastic base for your New York adventure

5 of 5
This was our first use of VRBO, so naturally we were a little uncertain initially about how the process worked. Everything turned out just fine and we were totally satisfied with our month in this great studio apartment. Leslie was very helpful, timely and thoughtful in all her communications before the booking and on the couple of occasions we contacted her during our stay. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, very well maintained, good TV, great stove top, comfy queen bed and an excellent shower/bath. A copy of the New York Times delivered to the door daily was a real bonus. The safe and quiet location is excellent, 2 minutes away from a relaxing stroll in Riverside Park. Less than a 5 minute walk to 96th St Station where you have access to both local and express services. Busy Times Square and the Theatre district is only 2 Express stops away, if that's your thing. You can walk east 5 blocks to Central Park or catch the frequent M96 crosstown bus (on 96th St) to Central Park West if you're in a hurry. Local places we'd recommend highly are Barney Greengrass on 86th & Amsterdam for breakfast and Vai restaurant on Amsterdam near 81st for dinner. Three delicious dining options a little further afield are Marc Forgione in Tribeca, St Anselm in Williamsburg and Blue Ribbon Brasserie in SoHo. We also recommend City Rover Walks as a great way to deepen your understanding of different areas. Finally a big THANK YOU to Leslie for providing a thoroughly reliable and trusting experience. We would not hesitate to return and we will highly recommend this apartment to our friends and family.
