                    Excellent location, Spacious apartment

                    4 of 5
Stayed for a month with 12 year old child Great location with easy subway access; Convenient with Whole Foods next door and lots of restaurants, cafes within walking distance. Owners are kind with minimum fuss at check in /out, responsive to all our questions and requests; Apartment is as represented on the web - the terrace is lovely for morning breakfasts and breezy evenings to unwind. Air con in living area and bedroom work well. Shower works well with good water flow and hot water. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cutlery, plates and cooking pans. Laundry room in basement is convenient, bright, airy and safe; machines efficient and work well so laundry is done quickly Next to Central park and short walk to jogging track around the reservoir. Museum mile easily within walking distance across Central park or very convenient with crosstown buses nearby. Doormen and neighbours all friendly and helpful; Neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Cable was limited but we didn't need TV much, except we wanted to find out about World Cup scores. The sofa bed in the living room is slightly old with a broken spring. Fortunately our child is quite small sized and avoided the spring by curling around it. The oven works on broil but the other settings are quite temperamental so you may not be able to do a full roast. However, these negatives were negligible compared to the overall attributes of the apartment. Thanks Jodi, Samuel and Nicole for a lovely stay in NYC

                    Quite Retreat

                    5 of 5
I spent a happy month in this small but very well equipped and very comfortable studio. It proved to a very quiet location but only a couple of blocks from all amenities including a major subway station and a crosstown and downtown bus. The landlords were hospitable and helpful. The wifi and airconditioning proved to be a real boon. I could heartily recommend this vacation rental for one person or a couple.
