First Time in NYC. Perfect Place to Stay.

                        5 of 5
We picked this property for a few reasons. It was close to public transportation, a few blocks from Central Park, overnight long term parking close by, and several restaurants within walking distance. This apartment met all our expectations. We (3 adults) found the apartment to be just like described on the website. There was plenty of room for us. While the kitchen was small, it was loaded with everything we needed. We did find the ceiling low in the basement bedroom area. I am 5'3" and could touch the ceiling with my hand, but it was a large room with 2 queen beds and a dresser. It had new furniture throughout and as well as new bedding. We found the mattresses were comfortable. We brought a fan to use as a noise blocker, but we ran the dehumidifier in the bedroom during the day and night which worked well as a noise blocker as well as keeping the apartment comfortable. We found the apartment clean with fresh linens. The owner was very easy to contact and met us upon arrival. Gave us information about where to park our car ahead of time, which was in a parking garage one street over. This made it easy to get our luggage to and from the apartment. We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and strolling through the park. We found the metro was within 2 blocks from the apartment which made getting around the city very easy. We will definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends. We'll rent again next time we are in NYC.

Loved our little apartment in the city!

                        5 of 5
My new husband and I just spent our honeymoon staying in this apartment, and loved every minute of it! It was minutes from everything - dining, shopping, groceries, Central Park, the subway, etc. It was THE perfect home base! We had all of the amenities necessary for our day-to-day, and it was handy having a fridge to store our left-overs and breakfast foods. The only things that would have made it perfect was if we got a quick tour of where to find everything in the apartment (had to hunt for cutlery and a couple other things), if the microwave worked (the stove was good though), and having blackout blinds for at night (I'm a light sleeper and the curtains let in a fair amount of light from the street. I'll be sure to pack a mask when we stay here next!) The apartment is also on the ground level, so there's not stairs to climb with heavy suitcases. I can't say enough good stuff! Thanks for making our honeymoon SO enjoyable!!!

                        Exceeded expectations

                        5 of 5
We are three senior couples who vacation in NYC frequently & tried an apt. as an alternative to the expensive cramped UWS hotels we have stayed at in the past. This apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is very clean, well maintained & roomy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. A short walk will take you to the subway, Central Park, delis, and grocery stores. There is a pile of menus in the apt. for neighborhood restaurants (try the Saigon Grill for great Vietnamese food). The master bedroom has its own bath. Guests using the second bedroom share the second bath off the kitchen with guests using the pull-out studio bed in the living room. This layout gives those using the living room bed quite a bit of privacy (which was a concern of ours). The kitchen is well equipped and there is a roof patio off the livingroom thats perfect for an evening glass of wine. The owners are friendly, helpful and great communicators. We are hoping to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment for your next visit to the Big Apple.
