GREAT LOCATION! NICE NEW PROPERTY

4 of 5
My family (4 adults and 2 kids) stayed at this awesome Upper East Side apartment. It is new as advertised and is in a great location. 2 blocks from the subway station with a new one being built even closer! Listing description and photos were incredibly accurate. The property was very clean. We had contact wtih Jennifer both before, during and after our stay. She was very responsive and easy to work with. She had a good instruction sheet for the property and good restaurant recommendations. We didn't eat much in the area but did go to the local recommended grocery store and Thai restaurant and both were great. Wifi was good. Beds were comfortable. We had a large group so we were cramped but that was our choice beforehand. The area is very safe. We were out later at night in groups and felt comfortable. It's very close to Central Park. That was very nice. Agree with some of the other reviewers. The family room area was very bright and could use some curtains or window coverings. We had 2 people in that room and got woken up early by the sun. Another mirror in the apartment would help. It did have an iron which helped. that's the only reason for the 4 star versus 5 star but both are pretty minor.

FANTASTIC! LOVED THIS PLACE! CLEAN & CONVENIENT!

5 of 5
This place is wonderful. So many great conveniences within 2 blocks; subway, restaurants, 2 24-hour drug stores, Starbucks, Vinyl Wines, on and on. The apartment is bright, clean, new, comfy!!! And big! I definitely want to stay here again. Jennifer made everything so easy too. Wonderful to work directly with the owner as opposed to a management company. Uber comes quick and you can be to Grand Central is 15 minutes. So much smarter to stay here with a family than the craziness of Times Square. This is the real New York. View of bridge is great. Husband did his runs in Central Park, which is only 5 mins away. Felt safe here, walking around with my 10 year old. Love love love this rental.

WELCOMING AND COMFORTABLE PROPERTY

5 of 5
This is an excellent property for a family or a larger group of friends. It is new, clean and spacious and has a lovely small terrace for morning coffee or early evening drinks. There were seven of us sleeping there, plus New York city friends who visited off and on during our stay. There was plenty of room for us all! Jennifer was very kind to arrange a check-in a little earlier than usual and allowed one child from Detroit to stay a couple of hours after our departure so that he could connect with friends for an extra day in NYC. We did not explore the neighborhood as much as we might on another trip. We had an itinerary that took us to other parts of the city for most of our trip. There is a grocery store nearby and the subway is two long (uphill) blocks away...but, downhill, walking home! All in all, a very positive New York City apartment experience with a kind and accommodating owner. Many, many thanks, Jennifer, for a lovely and memorable family gathering in our favorite city!
