Recent Thousand Islands Reviews

House is neat and tidy, bright and airy.

We all enjoyed waking up in the morning and running outside to jump in the river before breakfast.  The kids especially enjoyed the diving board.  We took our boat out everyday to go sightseeing around the islands, and fishing and tubing. We went hiking through the forest, saw deer and heard woodpeckers.  We packed snacks and drinks and  enjoyed using the bicycles to explore the whole island.  We barbecued every night. When it got dark we’d make a big fire in the fire pit by the water, and sing and toast marshmallows.  Happy camping memories!

Very nice, Right on snowmobile trail.

Had a couple issues early in our stay that were beyond the owners control, but he quickly made everything right. Very nice stay with my wife, kids, and dogs! Very conveniently right on the snowmobile trail.

Weekend at the River

5 of 5
We had an awesome time staying at the cottage. It was the perfect winter retreat. Spending time in the Thousand Islands is on our list of favorite things to do. I would recommend planning for 6 people not 8, sleeping arraignments were tight. The house was clean and full stocked with the things you need for cooking. It was awesome having a washer and dryer, after hiking a crossed the frozen tundra we were able to come home and put our frozen/wet clothes in the dryer. The winery is great all 4 season of the year. We will definitely be back.
