Wonderful place, better than advertised

5 of 5
The property description was more than accurate, a delightful place to stay on the North Fork of Long Island. My first time stay here outdistanced all my expectations. The owners were delightful, and give personal service. They only think of how they can enhance a stay for their guests, and are always thinking of ways to provide for their guests' comfort and make a better stay. I stayed here in the winter, and while I am sure that it is a different experience than in the summer, it is not to be missed. The quiet peace of the snow and a wonderful fireplace as well as a frozen pond with ice fishing make for a great winter experience.

Romantic Getaway

5 of 5
4 kids, 2 cats, and a dog don't leave much time for parents to connect. This cottage rental just steps from the beach, a quick walk to town and in the heart of wine country was just what the doctor ordered! The house was very cute, well kept, and contained everything we needed for sunny breakfasts while reading the Times (remember those days?) and cozy dinners laughing over a bottle of wine picked up at our favorite Vineyard, Old Field. Great location, great house.

Great house, great vacation

5 of 5
We couldn't have been happier with this house! The owner Freddie has made a lovely home that a vacationer feels welcome in and looks forward to coming to at the end of a beautiful beach day or a trip to the wineries. The kitchen is well equipped, the deck and grill are fantastic and Freddie's detailed welcome guide book is very helpful. Can't wait to stay here again!
