                    THE BEST LOCATION IN NYC!!!

                    5 of 5
Our group (3 couples) stayed here President's weekend. The location cannot be beat. It is right across from the Mercer Hotel (which for 3 tiny rooms at the Mercer, it would've cost us a lot more!), so it's like staying there, but better! The apartment was gorgeous and huge for NY. I am going to ask what kind of sofas those are because they are the most comfortable ever. And my boyfriend loved the big screen projector TV. It was so great to be able to get up in the morning, make coffee (they left us a pound of gourmet coffee in our welcome basket!) and lounge around with our friends before planning our day. We loved the feel of the apartment. Very homey and cozy. The others we looked at seemed like slick rental properties. This really felt like we were staying at a friend's apartment in New York. Lisa was great. She greeted us and walked us through the apartment. There was a basket of goodies with snacks, mini cupcakes, coffee and a bottle of wine. We were there for a week and anytime we had a questions, she was there to help. A bonus was we each paid a little extra to have daily cleaning. It was like the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of home! Amazing apartment. We had some friends who live in Brooklyn come over and they said it was one of the best places they've ever seen in NYC. :) We loved everything about our stay. We will be back for sure!

                    AMAZING!!

                    5 of 5
By far the best place my wife and I have ever stayed in NYC. This apartment is the perfect retreat from the activity of the city. The furnishings are top of the line and well maintained. The apartment is as clean as it could possibly be. We loved the 3-level layout and the two bathrooms.(the shower in the upstairs bath was great!). The large windows open onto a courtyard so it is very quiet and there is great natural light. The owner couldn't be nicer or more attentive. He met us when we arrived and showed us the apartment and how to use all the amenities. He also checked in with us to make sure that everything was going okay. The location of the apartment is in our favorite part of the city, so we couldn't have been happier. The building has a doorman and is very secure. There's a nice grocery store just a couple of blocks away with fresh bagels and fruit, as well as anything else one would need. Lots of restaurants within a short walk. Subway stops are very convenient and it's just a short ride to get to midtown for plays. We're already making plans for a return trip in the fall!

GREAT SPACE IN A PERFECT DOWNTOWN LOCATION

                    5 of 5
We stayed here for 12 nights for a family reunion for 9 people. Top floor of the building with 3 exposures created lots of light and warmth in a generously proportioned living and dining area. Views of the Freedom Tower, bill boards, and the hustle and bustle below provided a privileged vantage point from a penultimate location straddling Nolita, Soho, Noho, and Greenwich Village, with proximity to 3 subway lines. Great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, cafes, and boutiques were a stone's throw away. Ben was available and helpful whenever we had questions on operating appliances, etc. The property was well equipped with an abundance of kitchen and bathroom supplies, utensils, and linens. The steam room and jacuzzi were put to good use. Everything was clean and in good working order. Needless to say my 4 young children were very sad to leave!
