Amazing!!

5 of 5
By far the best place my wife and I have ever stayed in NYC. This apartment is the perfect retreat from the activity of the city. The furnishings are top of the line and well maintained. The apartment is as clean as it could possibly be. We loved the 3-level layout and the two bathrooms.(the shower in the upstairs bath was great!). The large windows open onto a courtyard so it is very quiet and there is great natural light. The owner couldn't be nicer or more attentive. He met us when we arrived and showed us the apartment and how to use all the amenities. He also checked in with us to make sure that everything was going okay. The location of the apartment is in our favorite part of the city, so we couldn't have been happier. The building has a doorman and is very secure. There's a nice grocery store just a couple of blocks away with fresh bagels and fruit, as well as anything else one would need. Lots of restaurants within a short walk. Subway stops are very convenient and it's just a short ride to get to midtown for plays. We're already making plans for a return trip in the fall!

Amazing!

We stayed at the loft this past weekend. For the first hour, we all kept saying WOW WOW WOW. The loft is huge 2000sq. ft and has windows everywhere. On one side the view is the Empire State Building, on the other side the view is the Freedom Tower. You are smack in the middle of Soho and about two minutes from the 6 Metro. There are countless restaurants and shops all around you. We found free parking on the street for the weekend directly across for the police station. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable. I have stayed at many VRBO places and this is the best. All of this for less than the cost of a hotel room. WOW.

Perfect apartment my two week escape from reality

5 of 5
Nicole's apartment is beautiful and on a charming peaceful street. I was worried about using home away especially because nicole didn't have any reviews. I am so glad I booked with her tho. She made my trip magical. Nyc is such a busy place it was so nice to be able to escape reality after a long day and be in a peaceful apartment that feels like home. Everything is so clean the space is perfectly laid out and the furniture is like out of an Elle decor magazine. Nicole made sure everything went smooth for us. She had fresh flowers waiting as well as suggestions for places to visit and things to do everything was immaculate. She had plenty of towels and sheets as well as laundry and a gym in the building. The building is completely renovated and the apartment has high ceelings so no one can hear you and vice Versa. There are some amazing restaurants near bye. After just a week I felt like this was my dream neighborhood. The walk in closet it a dream come true. Nicole has all top of the line appliances and little extras to make you feel at home. The building access is electronic so it's very safe and convenient I was so sad to leave and will be staying here everytime I come to nyc.
