A+, amazing, luxurious, breath taking

5 of 5
We stayed 3 days and 2 nights, the house is amazing, there are enough words to describe it, everything is very clean, the kitchen is spacious, the brick oven worked like a charm (we made pizza), the fire place is brand new and works great, the rooms were big and 8 of us (4 couples) fit perfectly. We did not have to bring anything other than regular travel stuff: toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. If you come in the winter it is recommended you have an AWD or 4x4 vehicle, the driveway was plowed everyday but I would still recommend a 4x4 based on the amount of snow we saw. There are plenty of places around the house to sled. We brought our small dog and he had a blast. I could keep going on and on...the best part was definitely the owner, Lucia was super helpful, answer every question (which was probably 100 of them) and answer all the emails quickly...can't say enough of our whole experience...book this now and you won't regret it.

A tasteful gem in the Catskills

5 of 5
We visited over President's weekend planning on skiing at nearby Plattekill Ski Resort for a few days. We arrived late Friday night after a long ride to a warm home with a fire raging in the wood burning stove. The driveway had been plowed and it was easy access despite the many feet of snow that had fallen that week. The house was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find tasteful furnishings, fine linens and a well -equipped kitchen. We spent our days on the slopes and came home every night to a comfortable warm home we really could relax in - from the claw-foot tub, to the large collection of board games, and free internet connection, we had a great weekend and look forward to returning. The mountaintop view was also amazing - providing tons of light.

Just Perfect!

5 of 5
First of all, the owners, Kathy and John, were so kind and accommodating, making it the most pleasant experience I have ever had in planning a stay. The house is simply and beautifully decorated with so much charm. Lots of hangout spots; the living room with would burning stove and comfy couches, beautiful kitchen with so much counter space if cookings your thing, dinning area and jacuzzi and spa in bathroom, not to mention a deck.
