GREAT ACCOMMODATION AND EXCELLENT LOCATION.

5 of 5
I drove from out of town, it was a long trip nearing 12 hours and I was running over an hour and a half late. When I arrived at the apartment Jason was already there, helped me with my bags and even saved me a parking space! He showed me around the neighborhood and provide me with a map of the MTA. The location is excellent! Literally a block from the subway and bus. The transit will take you just about anywhere in New York, it has all the connecting trains in this location. A quick ride on the subway to manhattan and you can take a tour bus or visit the cities multiple attractions or watch a broadway show. Coney Island via subway also is another great attraction in Brooklyn. Grocery stores, restaurants and convenience stores were all within a 3 block radius. The area is very safe, I've arrived many nights close to 12 midnight with 2 children and did not feel threatened. The apartment is just as it is pictured. Theres plenty of closet space, very clean and has large windows providing tons of natural light. The bedsheets and towels were soft and good quality. A case of water bottles were provided which became very useful and convenient. Jason was very hospitable and timely on his responses. I didn't have any problems during my stay. I will be sure to return and stay again in the near future. This has been a wonderful experience for my family! Thanks again!

MIS MEJORES Y CORTAS VACACIONES EN NY

5 of 5
Buena suerte!!

GREAT STAY, PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

5 of 5
This was our second time staying on one of Jason's properties. This time, we took the Q33 bus from LGA, and were surprised how easy it was to get to the property only two short blocks from the bus stop. Jason met us there early, allowed us to stay on an adjacent vacant property to rest, and stored our luggage until we got back from the city. He even brought a case of water for our stay. The property is just as pictured, clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable, the A/C works great, the internet was especially useful and fast, and the TV was better than the one we have at home. There are plenty of local places to eat, but also a McDonald's on the corner if you wanted something more familiar. You could also bring food in if you wanted and cook it in the well stocked kitchen. It is close (within 2 blocks) to the subway that leads to all parts of New York. We especially liked the E train as there were fewer stops and got us to Manhattan in 15 or 20 minutes. We were able to go to Times Square, the Brooklyn Bridge area, Wall Street, the 9/11 memorial and Central Park. We also went to a Yankee game. A Metro card is good for the subway and the buses, so we used the bus when we wanted to see some of the local areas above ground such as the Upper East side. There were plenty of pamphlets and maps in the apartment so we could decide where to go and how to get there. Jason was also very helpful with directions and recommendations. We didn't hesitate to look Jason up after our last stay, and would recommend a stay on one of his properties any time you are coming for a visit to New York. He makes it very convenient and comfortable, a home away from home!
