Beautiful Camp Awad!

5 of 5
What a wonderful place for a vacation retreat! I spent a relaxing week at Paradox lake along with our friends. We were 7 in all. We had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy everything this property has to offer. From back yard BBQ's to daily games of wiffle ball in the front yard, we had a blast! The well equipped gourmet kitchen was a pleasure to cook in when we weren't going to the Drake restaurant in the town of Schroon close by. This home was clean and comfortable with beautiful woodwork and cosy little nooks. It was very enjoyable. Did I mention that we caught and released a ton of fish and took advantage of the row boat we were offered to use? We spent our nights in the hot tub, watching movies in the family room or sitting on the dock watching the sunset. Just a really nice inviting home with all the ammenities one could hope for in a vacation rental. We will be back!

The PERFECT vacation!

5 of 5
House was so clean and had all the conveniences of home. There was even a highchair for our 1 yr old granddaughter. If you are looking for a private, quiet, but activity-filled vacation, this is the place!! Canoes and kayaks are provided, which we used daily! Paradox is a beautiful lake - very clean and the water was warm. The sandy beach was great fun for our granddaughter. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Just a Dream!!! We recommend it HIGHLY.

This cabin has it all!

5 of 5
I have to say that if you want a location that is quiet, clean, secluded and offers everything your own home comes with, rent this cabin! The cabin is large and open and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is fully loaded down to an electric skillet and cake mixer if you are so inclined to cook that much. I really liked the island that had an extra smaller sink besides the regular kitchen sink. It made it nice when the we were preparing a quick lunch. It's just located at the end Paradox Lake, this rental is great! My family enjoyed our stay at this cabin very much! The kids loved the fire pit down by the lake when it came to roasting marshmellows. Then,if the bugs started to bite we hung out in the large screened in porch! The trip to Ft. Ticonderoga is close, a ride to Whiteface Mtn and Lake Placid under 1 hour and a coffeeshop around the corner at the Paradox Lake General store, what more could you ask for? I hope you all enjoy it as much as we did!!
