Excellent location, exactly as described.

4 of 5
We were very happy with our accommodation. The apartment was exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. A terrific location very close to Broadway and not far from other great destinations. A supermarket is just up the road and on the 9th Ave so many restaurants you're spoilt for choice. It was great to be greeted by Angela who was in contact before we arrived. A good touch to get the info and low down on where we need to go and what was available to us in the apartment. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting NY and we will happily stay there again.

Great Location

4 of 5
This apartment is a nice location. The front desks staff were very friendly and we felt very safe. My only complaint would be that the shower liner could be changed. All in all this was a great place to stay. Nate was very helpful and answered all my questions very quickly. Would stay here again.

Could not have been lovelier

5 of 5
We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Barnard, and it could not have been a better experience. It's a big, sunny apartment with two generous bedrooms, a big living, an actual formal dining room and a very adequate kitchen. The apartment was so comfortable (and very, very clean) and we were perfectly located for all the graduation festivities at Columbia. The owners were so gracious and accommodating, and we already are recommending this apartment to friends and family. The apartment is beautifully decorated -- lots of interesting pictures on the walls, and plenty of good books to read. It was nice having access to WiFi and cable. The formal dining room was a great place for our family to gather to plan each day every morning. And when my husband had to catch up on some work, he simply closed off the french doors to the dining room and enjoyed the quiet. The apartment is very close to Broadway and the subway, which was tremendously convenient. My only caution would be that the master bedroom is VERY bright, so prepare to be up with the sun!
