Stay here and you will never book a hotel again.

I lived for two months in Raymond's apartment. I began to miss it the moment I closed the door behind me. It truly felt like home. It's a perfect springboard to explore the best of what NYC has to offer. The subway station (4,5,6 trains) is right around the corner. Before you know it your in times square, Soho and the hottest attractions. The neighborhood provided everything I could ever need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions). Right next to the apt is the famous Penelope restaurant. Check it out, you don't want to miss that. Raymond is an excellent host. His apartment is lovely. Super clean when I arrived. You can see the Empire State building from every window in the apartment, and there are many! Two small balconies give you the best unobstructed nighttime views. I felt like I was in a movie. Fully equipped kitchen, central Heating/AC, big screen TV, Xbox, fast internet, and plenty of games and movies to choose from including Netflix. The elevator in the building made getting to and out of the apartment with luggage a breeze. For me it was the third time in NYC. Normally I book an hotel in midtown but after staying here I never will do that again. It’s so much more relaxing to have a nice spacious and private apartment with a kitchen than an overpriced, undervalued tiny room in a trendy hotel. If your looking for the total package, value, location and accommodations then there is no better apartment then this one.

fabulosa estancia
