Great Stay!

5 of 5
This was a great apartment! Very very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Eric was unbelievably accommodating as I had a very late departure flight and he allowed me to stay late. Perfect set-up for a solo traveler or for a couple. Cozy and comfy living room with two couches to stretch out on. Bedroom was comfortable. Kitchen was great with lots of pots and pans available for use. Tight kitchen, but that is to be expected in NYC. Very close to Herald Square and subway lines. Eric left some recommendations for food options and a wonderful grocery store a few blocks away. Would absolutely stay here again!

1-week holiday in mid-town Manhattan

5 of 5
The apartment was clean, well situated and Kevin could not have been more helpful. We stayed for 1-week and enjoyed our stay. Look up the street out of the apartment window and you are looking at the Empire State Building with Macy's across the road from it (10 mins walk). 5 mins walk to the nearest subway. 15 mins walk to Times Square. The start of the High Line is very close. (This is where the old elevated railway took supplies into the city). We walked it and you end up in the meatpacking area. Well worth it. Not only would I recommend this appartment, I actually have to a work colleague traveling out in a years time. Thank you Kevin for a great stay

perfect location in the heart of midtown manhatten

5 of 5
Hi Everybody. Me and my 3 friends stayed in Jon´s apartment for 4 nights. We were travelling from Germany and were very tired when we arrived. But at the time we saw the apartment the hard trip was nearly forgotton. Nice music was running, beautiful lights were on, it was warm and some cool water was in the fridge. The apartment is bigger than it appears on the pictures and even nicer. There is a separate bedroom and a nice living room with an open kitchen. The bathroom can be reached from the living room and the bedroom, so if you are travelling with more than 2 people you still don´t have any problems with that. What else is to say: the apartment has wireless internet, a TV, a DVD-Player with DVDs, books and a lot of magazines. In the kitchen is everything you need for cooking and eating at home. And best to mention is that the penn station, the empire state building, macys and a lot more is only some minutes of walk away. Accept for going downtown we never needed the subway. We were totally happy with the apartment and we really recommend this place! So, thank you again Jon! If we are visting NYC again, we will be glad to stay at your apartment. Julia
