Great studio in the heart of the city

5 of 5
New college grad son lived here for 8 months since graduation while looking for job. Owners were "just like parents". Apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. Newly renovated. Building is great with doorman, concierge, laundry facilities and parking if you need it (extra cost). Perfect transition into NYC life. Thanks M and N!

Amazing!

5 of 5
My daughter and I stayed here for a Spring Break vacation. This apartment is incredible. We especially loved the large bathtub! While we were there it snowed, so we had a perfect view of the snowfall from our apartment window. It is in a perfect location right in the heart of Times Square. We were able to visit many NYC landmarks such as the Empire State Building, Broadway, MoMA, as well as many others. Peter was always available to answer any questions that I had regarding my visit to NYC. When I return to NYC, I will definitely be staying here again.

Spacious, clean and centrally located

5 of 5
The apartment was a nicely sized one bedroom, that is much bigger than most NYC apartments, with high ceilings that made it feel even bigger. Compared to a hotel room, it was about three times the size plus a full kitchen and bath. The apartment was centrally located with quick access to a taxi, subway or bus but we ended up walking most places. Central Park is ten minute walk away. The apartment had nice details with an eclectic mix of upscale art and furniture.
