Great Location, very nice apartment

5 of 5
We wanted to find a place to stay where we could feel like New Yorkers. The apartment is centrally located and more comfortable than most city hotel rooms. It gave us space to spread out and relax. No shortage of great restaurants in area. Easy access via subway from JFK. We didn't take a cab once .... subway was super convenient or we just walked. The owner met all her commitments and was responsive.

Location and amenities are awesome!

5 of 5
We brought our three kids for their first trip to NYC and this apartment was just PERFECT! Very close to two different subway stops and in walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, MOMA, Carnegie Deli and hundreds of other restaurants and attractions. Also, very safe with a locked outside door to enter the building . As other reviews mention, Penelope is wonderful as is Alex. Very clean, with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and very quiet, in general. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Couldn't really ask for more of a place to stay

4 of 5
The staff are very considerate and patient - check on arrival, flexible to meet someone on arrival. There is not a 24/7 concierge but a number to call and it felt safe. It was as advertised. You can hear the quiet murmur of other guests but it was not intolerable and I was out a lot. The room was large and had everything you needed. The location is good, places to eat, can walk to other places within 30 minutes, more residential but bumped into a crew filming a hit TV show set. The free breakfast is really helpful and I went for my first yoga class during my stay. A good balance between an air bnb and a hotel so I felt more at home in a big city like NYC.
