Felt like home

5 of 5
At the end of a long day, we looked forward to returning to our home away from home. We felt the parlour apartment was spacious and relaxing, thoughtfully decorated, and well equipped. It was warm, and cozy. We loved the proximity to the north end of Central Park, the quick access to the subway system, the short ride to all points south of the park, and the quick walk to the bus that goes to LaGuardia Airport. Dennis inquired as to what our plans were, and helped us with tips and extras to help us on our way. At night, the apartment was very quiet, and in fact I slept better than I do at home! Worth every penny. Would definitely stay here again.

family trip

5 of 5
I stayed in this very comfortable apartment with my two adult daughters. I can't fault this apartment which was located in a mid-central part of New York. The weather was extremely cold and one day we had snow. The master bedroom struggled to cope with the cold temperature and the heating system wasn't working as it should. We mentioned this to the management so hopefully this has been fixed. The views out over New York are stunning and we loved how the Empire State Building was lit up with a different colour each night. The location was perfect for us. We mostly took taxis as it was too cold to be trudging the streets. Taxi cabs everywhere so never a problem to hail one. We are particularly fussy coffee drinkers and our favourite morning coffee spot was Eataly which was a 5 minute walk from the Apartment. Eataly is a must visit and we had dinner there one night. They have seven different restaurants in the building and fantastic produce to buy. Breakfast at the Ace Hotel was great as was coffee at Little Collins (on Collin Street) We visited the Moma and Frick. Walked across Central Park in the snow and took in a show on Broadway. A living memory for us all. Thanks owners for helping make our once in a lifetime trip to NY perfect.

SIMPLY THE BEST - view, lodging, service

5 of 5
We prefer apartment stays in NYC and finally found "the place". As said here, there are multiple listings and they are in the same building. This apartment has a wonderful view but the others with same or different views are all excellent. The apartments are well appointed and up to date. The building is located at the crossroads of all major subway lines and convenient by foot to many attractions especially the theatre. Someone is always available for any problems with apartment related issues or simply general questions about NYC. We come to NYC often and hope to always be able to stay at 777. One can rent here with the confidence of knowing it will even be better than advertised!
