Couldn't really ask for more of a place to stay

4 of 5
The staff are very considerate and patient - check on arrival, flexible to meet someone on arrival. There is not a 24/7 concierge but a number to call and it felt safe. It was as advertised. You can hear the quiet murmur of other guests but it was not intolerable and I was out a lot. The room was large and had everything you needed. The location is good, places to eat, can walk to other places within 30 minutes, more residential but bumped into a crew filming a hit TV show set. The free breakfast is really helpful and I went for my first yoga class during my stay. A good balance between an air bnb and a hotel so I felt more at home in a big city like NYC.

Awesome warm and spacious apartment in handy location

5 of 5
My third trip but rest of family's first trip to New York City and chose this location because I'd previously stayed in Brooklyn Heights and Greenwich Village so thought I'd try somewhere slightly different. I preferred this lower east side apartment for location so it was a great choice. The location was really cool with loads of bars and cafe's in a couple of minutes walking distance and still easily walkable/accessible to Soho, Williamsburg, Chinatown etc. had millions of choices to metros so getting further afield was extremely easy. The apartment was really warm and we didn't need to use the heating (which would not be the case in a NZ house.) it was nice and spacious and the main bedroom and bed was huge. We travelled with our two daughters as their 21st present and the apt was perfect for us and I can't imagine it not suiting anyone. Would definitely stay here again if I was to make a fourth trip.

Dynamite Location, Fun NYC Apartment

5 of 5
I cannot imagine ever staying in a hotel again after my experience staying at this apartment! The location is perfect for exploring the city -- five minutes in any direction and you can be in SoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown and the East Village -- or on the subway up to Central Park and Times Square. The neighborhood is hip like the NYC you see in movies. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious (by New York standards). The apartment is fully-equipped and we found everything we needed. It is a great retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Mandy is a lovely hostess and didn't hesitate to recommend great restaurants and bars in the area (there are a ton). I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, not only because it's a fab space and location -- but an excellent bargain for the price (especially when compared to the hotels in the area).
