A LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE

5 of 5
Located just moments from ocean beaches and village shoppes, this 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom home epitomizes luxury living in the Hamptons. This house had a heated pool with spa and high end barbecue area. Lots of tables and chairs and super comfy lounge chairs. This shingle styled home had a wonderful front porch and fully renovated contemporary interior. The owner has transformed this home into a showcase with a chef's kitchen, custom rooms, and exquisitely appointed bathrooms replete with custom marble, granite and the finest touches. They are almost spa like. The entire first floor had an open concept plan and there was enough seating for 20 in the kitchen and dining room. The house has a master bedroom ensuite on the first floor which was great for my elderly mom and the house was easily wheelchair accessible. This home was perfect for entertaining my family and friends who came to visit and enjoy our barbecues. A great feature of this house was that there was a laundry room in the basement as well as the second floor of the house. Easy places for throwing those wet bathing suits in the dryer. You must see this house. Nothing was spared in creating this little bit of paradise. We recommend this house very highly.

Great experience

5 of 5
We had a great time in Southampton. Robert and his team were fantastic hosts, the property was exactly as expected, and our group had a lot of fun. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for large family

4 of 5
If you want to experience the Hamptons circa early 20th century with modern conveniences and you have a large family, this is the house for you. If you are interested in character and history, this is the house for you. It sits high on a hill at the end of a long driveway in a very private, quite and peaceful location overlooking Shinnecock Bay yet it is very convenient to Hampton Bays or Southampton as well as to several beaches and other areas of interest. Parking for multiple cars is more than adequate. All the rooms (there are a lot) are large and you can always find a quite spot in a house full of people. The house is reasonably priced for the Hamptons. All in all, my large family spent 2 wonderful weeks in this house and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for tradition and not glitz.
