Perfect place.

5 of 5
We can't say enough good things about this little cottage. Sweetly furnished (shabby chic upstairs, cozy Adirondack downstairs), immaculately clean, perfect location one block from the Oval and Main Street. Very private back yard and quiet neighborhood. Best of all, we were able to bring our dogs to this lovely house, which made for a perfect long weekend. There's a quiet access road buffered by woods behind the house, which was the perfect place to let the dogs run and play (in addition to the large, fenced-in yard space). While the house isn't huge, we fit our four kids perfectly, with the large beds and many couches. The house is essentially a split level, with an upstairs kitchen, eating area, master bedroom. The downstairs includes a big den, spacious bathroom and second bedroom. The layout keeps everyone from falling over one another. We loved it. Lastly, the owner was incredibly helpful, accommodating and easy to reach-- thanks again, Josh! We will definitely be back!

Hot spot, hot tub, what more do you need?

5 of 5
I booked this place as a Romantic Christmas gift getaway for my girlfriend and i for 3 nights. Drove 5 hours to be in this area. Gorgeous area and cottage. So clean and the location is unbelievable. We arrived late at night, Cathy was kind enough to leave a note detailing everything out and a lovely tray of cookies was also waiting. Hot tub is close by, bring shoes or something plus a bathrobe if in the winter. The mattress was a little soft but not terribly uncomfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, only thing i didn't find was a whisk but a fork works just as well. I cooked meals all day for the two of us there. oven is a small one but i was able to manage. The only thing i could recommend is tending to the bathroom window. It doesn't seal so the bathroom was always cold especially when the outside temp is around 8 degrees. Their is a wall unit heater to take the edge off but if the door is left open it does nothing. The surrounding area was the immediate downtown on Main St. and not far is plenty of hiking, skiing, and the Olympic attractions are worth the time. I can't wait to come back sometime in the summer so i can take advantage of the lakes and all the hiking. The place is so cozy i didn't want to leave. The living room couch was comfy to watch a movie with the gas fireplace on. Like i said before i cannot wait to come out this way again and stay here.
