Wonderful, Relaxing.

4 of 5
What a great place to stay! We loved everything about Trailer-licious—especially the fireplace and the unexpected surprise of Roku. The recycling situation was a bit confusing for us lackadaisical city dwellers, but otherwise, it was a wonderfully pleasant time for my wife and I to rewind and to relax. By the way, there is a great selection of books and movies. I’m an English teacher, so I was pleasantly surprised by the book collection. We ended up reading The Catcher in the Rye again, just for fun. Two things that we not what I expected. First, the recycling situation was a more elaborate than I've seen before, though it seems to be the fault of the town of Wells. You have to wash the trash (ahem . . . "recycling") and separate it into various bins (in many of the cities I've lived, recycling is neither washed nor separated). Second, the trailer is not as rural as the pictures make it seem. Granted, it is still extremely private, and I only saw the neighbor walking his dog once from the main window during our entire stay. Other than those two unexpected bumps, I would undoubtedly do it all over again. This is a wonderful place to spend some down time. Well worth it!

Beautiful Cabin

4 of 5
This cabin was absolutely perfect. Appliances were top of the line. Roomy and warm. Looks exactly like the photos. We stayed four days in October. The weather was a little cooler and the gas fired stove was great in the living room. Just enough to take the cool off. Used the Netflix streaming, flat screen television and Amazon Prime Video. Everyone was happy with the choices at night. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only down side to this property is that its so new that the "pine interior walls" caused my husband some allergy problems. Good price for the amenities offered.Enjoyed dinner out at the Alpine Grille in nearby Hope, NY. Wonderful food and service. It doesn't look like much from the outside but very comfortable inside. Enjoyed the Rock Ledge Winery about 30 minute ride. Cute little wine tasting room. Very knowledgeable employee. I am sure we will return again. Maybe summer next time.
