What a great place to stay! We loved everything about Trailer-licious—especially the fireplace and the unexpected surprise of Roku. The recycling situation was a bit confusing for us lackadaisical city dwellers, but otherwise, it was a wonderfully pleasant time for my wife and I to rewind and to relax.
By the way, there is a great selection of books and movies. I’m an English teacher, so I was pleasantly surprised by the book collection. We ended up reading The Catcher in the Rye again, just for fun.
Two things that we not what I expected. First, the recycling situation was a more elaborate than I've seen before, though it seems to be the fault of the town of Wells. You have to wash the trash (ahem . . . "recycling") and separate it into various bins (in many of the cities I've lived, recycling is neither washed nor separated).
Second, the trailer is not as rural as the pictures make it seem. Granted, it is still extremely private, and I only saw the neighbor walking his dog once from the main window during our entire stay.
Other than those two unexpected bumps, I would undoubtedly do it all over again. This is a wonderful place to spend some down time. Well worth it!
