Charming,cozy yet spacious.

5 of 5
This is our second time renting this property. It's a charming, historic home accented with beautiful stone work both in and out. Although it's a 2 bedroom "cottage", the rooms are spacious and not cramped. The high ceiling in the living room also creates a more airy feel. Everything is very clean and well-decorated. There is access to an expansive deck right from the nicely equipped kitchen and living room. We spend a good amount of time on the deck with ample room for a group or family. The nature views are phenomenal! There is so much to do here in all seasons to relax and unwind outdoors, while enjoying the natural beauty of the mountains. We will be back!

The Perfect Getaway!!

5 of 5
My family was looking for a last minute holiday getaway weekend. Paul was so helpful, great communication, and made out last minute getaway plans a smooth transition. He was very helpful and accommodating. As for his property it was exactly as described, and more. Everything was clean, neat, and ready to go. We had no need for all 3 bedrooms as it was just myself, husband, and our toddler, but the house layout made it very easy for us to enjoy night fire, and not worry about our son sleeping in the house. My son enjoyed swimming and splashing at the river. It was quite, peaceful, and secluded. Yet close to the shops, restaurants, hiking trails, swimming water holes, and more. The moment you walk in you can tell he takes pride in his property. You can see that he has done improvements to both the interior and exterior of the home. I can not wait for him to complete and come back again for a long weekend. I highly recommend this property/owner!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

5 of 5
We were looking for a home for a family reunion that would accomodate all 32 of us comfortably, was affordable, and had things for adults and kids to do. This was without a doubt the absolute best choice we made. The house and property are so beautiful and clean, and between all the amenities, there was always something for the adults and kids to do. Hunter Mountain, cute cafes and boutique shops are within a ten minute driving range as well, so it is very conveniently located. You feel like you're on your own private estate, and the views are truly breathtaking. With three kitchens, twelve bedrooms, and countless bathrooms and living areas, you will not be on top of each other at all, and everyone will have their own privacy. The ages in our group ranged from 4 to 80, and everyone enjoyed themselves the same. We would definitely recommend this house for people looking for a great family getaway.
