Excellent Roomy Home / Great Weekend!

          5 of 5
We held a family reunion at this home the first weekend in September and it was outstanding! It was clean, well maintained, and comfortably accommodated the 30 guests. Plenty of seating at kitchen table and 2 picnic benches on huge deck. Great lake and mountain views from the home. With theater room, game room, great room, large deck, fire pit, and canoe there was plenty of space for everyone to be entertained. Would definitely come back again in the future!

          Black Bear Lodge

          5 of 5
Our family of eight adults, and seven children under 8 years old (two newborns) had a fabulous week at the Black Bear Lodge. Robert was so easy to work with. He even texted us to let us know there would be fireworks going off one evening. The property was all he said it would be. The location was absolutely perfect for the varied interests of all of us. The children loved jumping on the trampoline, riding their bikes on the quiet road, swimming in the lake , and especially using the peddle boat. The adults took advantage of the beautiful mountain setting for riding bikes, running, and hiking. There was so much to do within a short ride. Our favorite adventures were hiking up Kaaterskill Falls, dining in Woodstock, exploring Howe Caverns, mini golf, and swimming at North-South Lake. The fire pit gave us a great place to toast marshmallows while we talked about our days. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs a property that accommodates a large family for their fun vacation.
